Access to a 24 m2 terrace and the swimming pool is available directly from the living area, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The upper floor is reached via a spiral staircase and houses all 4 bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each features a private shower and WC en suite. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each configured with 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length alongside 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each is equally appointed with a private shower and WC en suite.
