"The apartments are modern and well stocked. Be aware that the apartments are up two flights of stairs. The owners occupy the ground floor apartment and were very responsive to our questions and needs. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the patio grill. "The villa is beautifully located with stunning views over Calci and the valley. Large pool! Some nice restaurants within walking distance and easy to drive into Pisa. Tommaso was an excellent host and very helpful! "

"We recently stayed in the villa for three nights in late-November. The house is large and accommodating with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces to easily accommodate a large family. The grounds are really lovely with a large lap pool and plenty of space to soak up the sun or just relax. The house is located very well with excellent access to Lucca, Pisa or the coast of Italy. "The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍"
