A cozy 50-square-meter apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a renovated historic building with an elevator (NOT accessible to people with disabilities). The property is located in the charming and central Venezia Nuova neighborhood and boasts a beautiful view of the canals. The Fortezza Nuova is only 230 meters away.



The apartment consists of a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a separate bathroom.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, large closet, dresser, and bathroom;

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, table, and chairs;

- KITCHEN with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, oven, and various kitchen utensils;

- EN-SUITE BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet;



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and a fan.



PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom is located inside the bedroom; to access it, you must pass through the bedroom.

There is NO air conditioning in the accommodation.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Livorno, which is 1 or 1.70 euros per person per night, depending on the season.
