    Linen is changed on a weekly basis and is available at a supplementary charge. Towels are likewise changed weekly and are subject to an additional fee. The property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for large groups or extended families seeking comfort and style in a panoramic setting.

    On the ground floor, you will find a bright and spacious living room with a television, offering direct access to the garden and the private patio. This level features 1 double bedroom and 1 room with 2 beds. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, all complemented by a dining table for shared meals. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor. Throughout this level, floor heating ensures warmth and comfort, available from 15.11. to 30.04.

    The upper floor offers an additional living room with access to a balcony, along with 3 double bedrooms and 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, all benefiting from balcony access. A second open kitchen, identically equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, is available on this floor alongside a dining table. 2 shower rooms, each with bidet and WC, serve this level. Sehr schönes Haus. Komplett neu renoviert. Die Umgebung wunderbar zum Genießen und Wandern. Was ich nicht verstehe und daher einen Stern Abzug. Warum Geschirr aus Kunststoff. Weingläser die nach dreimal Spülen in der Spülmaschine einfach nur unappetitlich aussehen.
