Best Stay in Livingston!!

WOW! Mike and Elena have the best property with the most beautiful house to stay in. You can sense the pride they have in their well-built, meticulously clean VRBO. Everything about it is absolutely perfect and we will for sure be staying here again the next time we are in Livingston. Every view is breathtaking, and the horses below are the perfect touch. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing Montana Getaway!!!

This place is AMAZING!!! From the beautiful views, warm decor, spacious accommodations to the awesome hosts Elena and Mike…this experience exceeded all expectations. The location is great as well offering a short ride to Livingston and an hour from Gardiner and Yellowstone. We HIGHLY recommend staying here and we’ll be back!!!

Beautiful and clean!

Hosts are EXCELLENT! Super easy to get a hold of and the listing is more beautiful in person. The photos don’t do it justice. Quiet, private, yet close to Livingston and easy to get to the interstate. This will be our go to place to stay from now on. More than enough room to accommodate comfortably the group we had.

Perfect place to stay

This place is perfect and suited our family of 5 very well (kids 11, 9 and 9). Ideal location for visits to both Bozeman or Livingston. The home is clean, well appointed and has incredible views of the mountains, wildlife and stars. Mike and Elena are excellent hosts. Highly recommended.

Everything was AMAZING!!! Curtains in the other rooms for the morning sun would be appreciated, otherwise EVERYTHING else was top notch. Beautiful place among the green hills and quiet moments of Montana. Gorgeous!

Quintessential Montana Living

Flying K Ranch is quintessential "Montana living" -- we felt we got a true Montana experience. The lodging above the barn is a beautiful space, with everything you could need and then some. It served as a great home base for exploring Livingston/Paradise Valley and we'd highly recommend. Elena and Mike were great hosts and we hope to be back sometime soon!

Girls trip!

Everything about this property was perfect! The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need. The peaceful location and amazing views are a must to experience! It is off the beaten path (which is exactly what we wanted) but just a short drive to Livingston and Bozeman. The owners are so nice and stayed in contact should we need anything. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental if you’re want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Gorgeous and relaxing

What a great time! Beautiful location, welcoming and thoughtful hosts. Everything from the horses below to the peaceful runs I took in the surrounding areas have convinced me that we need to return as soon as possible. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to make anything you want if you desire to cook. An easy place to walk into, drop your bags and instantly feel at home.

Heaven In Montana

Mike and Elena are amazing! Even before we arrived, they were in communication with us on important travel information and helped us with shopping tips and etc. They were the most gracious hosts. The cabin was outstanding. Far exceeded our expectations and Elena has thought of everything and more. We enjoyed seeing their horses and getting to enjoy the Montana lifestyle. We would totally recommend staying here! 10 stars

Exceptional Montana Getaway

This property far exceeded our expectations! The hosts greeted us upon arrival and gave us a full tour of the rental property and the barn. They were very attentive to our needs and provided a variety of amenities typically only found in a boutique hotel. The well-appointed kitchen, spacious living areas, and private balcony allowed us the opportunity to unwind. Their location proved to be the perfect base camp for our excursions in Bozeman, Wilsall, and Yellowstone National Park. This is a property we will book again!

Phenomenal!

If you like a view with your morning coffee or evening drinks, this place had it! Bring binoculars and enjoy the local wildlife. The house was furnished with everything you could need. We like to cook. Our kids loved petting the horses. The hosts were very kind, generous and knowledgeable. Livingston is a quaint town for shopping. Paradise Valley is beautiful. The only downside was visiting Yellowstone made for a long day, but we were trying to cram a LOT into a small amount of time. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful!

This ranch cabin is just what we wanted! Beautifully decorated with a rustic flair. Very comfortable beds and had most everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Being on a ranch with horses was a plus. Elena personally greeted us and showed us around. We spent our days at Yellowstone NP and it was worth the drive to come back to the peace and tranquility of the flying K Ranch!

This is a beautiful property conveniently located to Livingston, Paradise Valley, and Bozeman. The home is extremely nice, well appointed, with views that will have you not wanting to leave the house. The owners are very nice and helpful, I look forward to staying here again in the future.

We loved staying here

This rental is perfect! We absolutely loved staying here. Gorgeous views, quiet and immaculate with all the comforts of home. Beautifully decorated with a cozy, cabin feel. Beds are comfortable, laundry room convenient, roomy well stocked kitchen, lovely dining area, lots of windows and natural light perfect for enjoying the views, the loft is great for games, reading, or playtime for kiddos, baby gates provided. We enjoyed relaxing by the warm cozy fireplace in the evenings. The view from the porch is dreamy, and perfect spot for yoga or morning tea/coffee and freshly baked apple pie! The drive to both bozeman and livingston is quick and easy. Roads are well maintained. A big thanks to the lovely and accommodating hosts for all the care and considerations put into making our vacation a 5 star experience in every way. We cannot wait to book again!
