"OK for an overnight stay. Our room had a view of a shipping container in the yard - not the hanging gardens of Babylon or a herd of wildebeast that we'd hoped for! (The reception staff member was too young to remember Fawlty Towers, so the comment went over his head....). Had to ask at the bar for glass tumblers for water needs in the night and to hold toothbrushes. Some noise from Friday night entertainment but stopped at 11pm so not an issue. "

"I personally really loved the area, it was quite easy to get around by car or walking. The hotel is located inside a small village, the area around it is very nice, green and quiet. The staff was great and friendly, the food was okay, but the infrastructure of the hotel most definitely needs an update. Walls are cracking in the room, I found a whole on the ceiling in the bathroom from a water leak that, you can just tell this home was built in the late 1800s. Overall it’s a great place to stay,...
