Very dirty carpets and dust everywhere. We reached late with the baby, so had to stay there as its non refundabme. Else would have never stayed there. Carpets are so dirty, cant even step on it, screens are torn. Bedsheets and blankets were not clean. Towels were dirty. Not even washed. Few hairs on the towel. Breakfast- not fresh. Just packed muffin, juice and tea.

The building is old and in need of renovations. Room smelled funny and where trying to cover it up with an Even worse smelling air freshener. Bathroom did not have shower curtain. Fridge had not been cleaned recently, still had items from previous guests in it. Every drawer was filthy. AC unit had pieces missing and had not been cleaned in quite awhile. Parking was plentiful. Everything I brought with me is getting washed as soon as I get home.

The rooms are pleasant enough, but the odd numbered ones on the ground floor, are not very quiet. You have inconsiderate loud guests in the hallway; inconsiderate loud guests on the parking lot side, and if anyone is above you, the floors creak and shudder when they walk about, especially if they are up at 4:30 to catch a plane; breakfast is simply a breakfast ‘item’ - a mini muffin or tiny packaged pastry, plus juice coffee/tea.

Room 119 smelled like cat pee, toilet paper holder kept coming out of the wall each time we pulled the paper, sink plug was broken so we needed to use our metal nail file to lift the plug each time we opened water as the water would not drain. Carpet was dirty, there was white stains. Breakfast consisted of 2 choice of cereal, regular oatmeal in a pouch where you would pour hot water, sticky buns, empty jug of orange juice and coffee. Glad I brought food from home. Out of all my stats in a Super 8 in the past, this had to be the worst.

We were told we would have a free breakfast and there was none and that was one of her main reasons for booking this hotel. Also, we had to call the front desk three times because the people upstairs were so noisy and we didn’t get any sleep at all, I’m definitely going to be looking into getting a refund for this. I dont usually give bad reviews but i have to here. The online pictures are amazing compared to reality. Smoke smelling everywhere. Frint desk people dont bother or care. I asked for an extra bath towel and it took forever. Was told he forgot. Rooms are dark and musty constant people yelling, laughing, running in halls i swear men walking in and out of rooms with women every hour. Breakfast consists of 2 cereal choices, tea, hot water, juice and mo coffee. Not worth it.
