Liverpool Stay

Wonderful property with all the comforts of home. We arrived to a beautiful basket of goodies and a warm welcome from our host. Julie went out of her way to help us get settled in. We would highly recommend this holiday home if you are planning to visit the Liverpool area. Easy access to the sights of the city and great restaurants nearby. Wish we could have stayed longer! Fantastic home by the sea

From first contact to leaving we had a first class experience. Julie was easily contactable and flexible with requests. The house was very well equipped, spacious,clean and a wonderful place to relax. Lovely views and easy access to the beach and Liverpool attractions.Highly recommend!

Simply the Best!

We recently spent 10 days at this incredible beach house, and it was simply perfect! The entire family loved our stay. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully open, with stunning views of the beach from both bedrooms—perfect even on rainy days. The fresh sea air was a constant joy! Our boys had a blast playing frisbee in the yard, and we all enjoyed leisurely walks along the beach right behind the house. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals at home. The welcome basket filled with goodies was such a thoughtful touch. Judy, our host, was fantastic—always available to answer any questions and offering great suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. This is hands down the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in, and we can't wait for the opportunity to return in the future!

Wanted to Stay Longer!

Julie is a world class hostess. She is responsive and mindful of small details that make the world of a difference. As a mother, traveling usually does not allow me to take a break. Julie added a few of her magical touches to make my life easier and my children's stay much more enjoyable. We LOVED the yard for football & barefoot strolling, walking on the beach, food/restaurant suggestions, and cleanliness of the property. We had our own vehicle and could park on property. Beautiful respite

We had a wonderful time at this property. Julie was friendly, communicative and accommodating. The home itself was gorgeous with the most amazing views and location. The welcome basket of goodies, plus the wine and milk, etc were much appreciated. It was a wonderful place to relax after some very busy traveling.

Beautiful family holiday house

Julie looked after us perfectly from booking the property to departing. We were playing golf for the week. It is the perfect base to explore the wonderful links of Lancashire. Lovely house with views of the sea. Everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend. *****

Large garden with excellent views

My family and I stayed at this lovely house over the May bank holiday weekend. The house is a large open property, with stunning views and beach within minutes. The railway station is close by, we went to Waterloo marina and Southport on the train rather than driving. Julie our host was very helpful and contacted me during our stay to see if everything was ok and did we need anything? I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a city (Liverpool) and beach break.

Ocean views everywhere

Wonderful ocean front property with views from every room. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the well furnished house, backyard and the long walks on the path by the sea. Julie is a great host. Wow!! What can i say about the property and our stay....wow just wow! We had a fantastic time on our stay. Julie is an incredible host, very gracious and willing to help in any way. The home itself is 5*, very well maintained, a huge garden, and some of the most incredible views imaginable. My family loved it! We wish we lived there, its so serene and peaceful....morning coffee overlooking the beach and the Mersey cannot be beaten! Next time i go back to Liverpool i hope to stay there again. Beautiful Home by the Sea

This property far exceeded our expectations. It is incredibly spacious, very clean, and well-stocked with every amenity you could need while staying away from home. The property was a perfect place for our family of five from America to spread out and relax between our day trips around this area of England. The property is conveniently located to many attractions and restaurants, with easy access to major roads and trains. Our favorite activity was walking along the beach or just sitting in the home watching all the boats and ferries go by. It truly is an incredible place. Julie is a very gracious and attentive host, who has lovingly maintained this home, and she went above and beyond to make this a special stay for our family while we were traveling.

Christmas and New Year Vacation

We spent a wonderful week here with the family over the holiday period. Julie was an amazing host who responded to our emails/queries immediately and provided not only a lovely hamper and fresh flowers, but Christmas trees too! The house is in a great location with amazing views. The underfloor heating was really appreciated after some very cold and windy walks along the beach! We will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Beautiful location and house

We had a really lovely break at this beautiful house which is so conveniently located for a coast and city break. Julie and Steve were so helpful both before and during the visit, with a tour of the house and suggestions on things to do in the local area. We loved being so close to the beach and also enjoyed visiting Liverpool on the train with the station only a few minutes away. Would really recommend this house for hosts, location and accommodation. Thanks Julie and Steve!

Amazing views and very attentive hosts

Our family visited Liverpool for the weekend and loved our stay. Amazing views and super clean home. Julie was very attentive and responded to all our requests and needs. The home was clean and tidy with many amenities. Coffee maker and plunger coffee pot with some treats left for us on the counter. TV with most of the streaming services available. Bedding and towels as well as soaps and hair shampoo. Washing machine available too. Location was perfect for our needs. Shops nearby and town a short Uber ride away.

Luxury Seaside Retreat

We booked this property as home base while traveling between family & friend gatherings in Blackpool, Liverpool, and Manchester. The sweeping views of the sea and sounds of the ocean were spectacular. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Julie was an attentive and responsive host. She provided the most lovely welcome basket and little touches throughout the house which made us feel welcome and pampered. We highly recommend it and will be back if our travels bring us back to the Liverpool area again!

The house certainly lived up to its billing. Based on the listing, we anticipated and experienced a truly outstanding stay. The house was clean, bright, roomy, and extremely welcoming. Amazing stay in lovely beach house

We are a family with children who had a fantastic stay in this lovely house. Plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, a big garden and a fantastic sea view. Perfect location to go to beach and close to train station that easily takes you to central Liverpool. Julie and Steve are great landloards who can help or give suggestions for restaurants and other things to see during your visit. We are looking forward to come back.
