    The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine St is a two-in-one listing offering two luxuriously designed apartments with high-quality accommodation and upscale modern interiors. Fully furnished with all the essentials, the property can host up to 20 guests across five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Located in Liverpool's renowned Georgian Quarter, you can enjoy the charm of this quaint neighbourhood while staying within easy reach of the vibrant city centre.



    The Space:

    Located in a Grade II listed building, this combined listing offers the perfect accommodation for a getaway with friends, a family gathering, or a business stay!



    Both apartments are beautifully designed with contemporary furnishings, complemented by wooden flooring and elegant furniture. The space is bright and airy, featuring large windows with views of the neighbourhood and room-darkening blinds for added privacy and comfort.



    Each apartment boasts open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living rooms include two sofa beds and large wall-mounted Smart TVs, providing a cosy spot to relax after a busy day.



    You'll have access to two fully equipped kitchens, each fitted with high-quality appliances, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine.



    The dining areas, furnished with wooden tables and matching benches, are perfect for enjoying meals together.



    The first apartment features two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and an additional single bed. The master bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom, equipped with a shower, WC, and basin.



    The second apartment includes three bedrooms: one with three single bunk beds that can sleep six guests, another with a double bed for two, and the master bedroom, which comes with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, WC, and washbasin.



    All of the bedrooms are fitted with a desk that you can utilise for work or for vanity purposes.



    Nearly all of the rooms are equipped with Smart TVs – whether you're staying in or heading out, you're sure to have a wonderful time.



    Each apartment has its own family bathroom, designed with contemporary features and fitted with a WC, washbasin, and a bathtub with a rain shower overhead, plus an additional handheld shower.



    Guest Access:

    Guests have full access to The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine St.



    We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock system, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.



    One of the apartments is located on the ground floor and the another is on the first floor and is accessible only via two flights of stairs. The two units are not internally connected but are accessible via a communal staircase within the building. Please be aware that access to the upper floors is via stairs only, as there is no lift in the building.



    The apartments are within a residential area, as such these are not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.



    Please note that there are currently external work being carried out at the address with a scaffolding structure in situ. Please be aware of your own safety going in and out of the building and we apologies in advance for the inconvenience caused.



    Please note that scaffolding will be on the building from 10th February until 26th March.



    The Neighborhood:

    The Georgian Quarter is famed for its charming architecture and original cobbled streets, creating a timeless and picturesque setting.



    Within walking distance, you'll discover cultural gems like The Philharmonic Hall and the Everyman Theatre. Hope Street, just a 10-minute stroll away, offers some of Liverpool’s finest dining experiences, ranging from cosy cafés to top-notch restaurants.



    For those looking to venture further, Liverpool City Centre is easily accessible by bus. From there, you can visit iconic spots like the Liverpool Waterfront, The Royal Albert Dock, and the Tate Liverpool, offering a perfect blend of art and culture. Beatles fans will be thrilled with Liverpool Central, home to The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story, where you can dive into the history of the legendary Fab Four.



    Getting Around:

    There is a bus stop on Catharine Street, just a short walk away from the apartment. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.



    The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in or out of Liverpool via train.



    Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.



    If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!



    Other Things to Note:

    PLEASE NOTE:

    Throughout the month of June 2026, there will be an external scaffolding structure at the front & back of the building. Please be ware of your safety when coming in / out the backyard and smoking area.

    There are also internal works going on in other parts of the building, within Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and moderate amount of noises are to be expected.
