Kindly note the building does not have a lift, and the apartment is located on the top floor. This does mean a few flights of stairs, but it's worth it!
The Space: This modern apartment is a bright & cosy nest, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city!
The lounge area benefits from the light coming in from the floor to ceiling windows and doors to the terrace, along with a double sofa bed. The terrace is private and for your use only - it is lovely in the morning whilst enjoying a cuppa, or in the evening with a glass of wine.
We have a modern, fully fitted kitchen so you have all you need to self cater & enjoy a night in. The bathroom is contemporary, with statement tiles & shower.
To the rear of the apartment you have the cosy double bedroom with wardrobe & bedside table.
Kindly note the keys for the property are collected off site, a 5 minute walk away.
Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Please note that there are currently scaffolding and maintenance works taking place, therefore the balcony is sadly out of use during this time for the safety of our guests whilst work is completed.
The Neighborhood: The apartment is in a residential building full of quiet and respectful neighbours. We therefore expect the same from our guests.
Getting Around: As this apartment is so central, all the city attractions are within walking distance. If you decide to travel further afield, all the best transport links are available with Lime Street Station and Liverpool One Bus Station close by!
There is no parking available at the property. However, there is 24 hour secure parking available a 4 minute walk away at £14.50 for 24hours.
Other Things to Note: The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 4 minute walk or 7 minute drive. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method. We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
