    This apartment is located a 1 minute walk from Liverpool One. The property boasts 1 cosy bedroom with a king size bed and a great shared space sleeping 2 guests. Teamed with a spacious balcony overlooking the quaint Campbell Sq - this property is the perfect spot for families and tourists looking to relax.



    Please kindly note, the key collection is located a short 5 minute walk from the property.

    The Space:

    The apartment offers one comfortable king size bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen for all of your needs and a modern bathroom. The apartment also has to offer a spacious open lounge and bistro area which also sleeps 2 guests. A towel is provided for each guest staying at the property, along with toiletries, cooking essentials, and tea and coffee for you to enjoy whilst relaxing on the spacious rooftop balcony. The front entrance to the property is located up one flight of stairs and the property has one flight of stairs inside to access the main living space.



    The bright decor of the property gives a warm and welcoming feeling to guests. Opening the doors to your own private roof balcony is a great way to start the day!

    The Neighborhood:

    The location of this property could not get any better! Located a short 2 minute walk from Liverpool one. It is nestled on the iconic cobbled streets of Liverpool it allows guests to escape and relax from day to day life, however in just a few minutes walk you can be straight back to the hustle and bustle of city life.



    Just a few moments walk away from the sites Duke Street has to offer, with fantastic restaurants, bars and tourist attractions to suit all the location does not get any better! This great centrally located apartment is only a few minutes walk from all of the fantastic tourist opportunities the city has to offer and boasts great transport links nearby!



    The apartment itself is situated in a friendly, quiet neighbourhood complex which is secure and only accessible to residents only.



    Getting Around:

    The apartment is so central that everywhere is within walking distance! If you wish to venture further afield the major transport links like Lime Street train station and Liverpool ONE bus station are all just a few minutes walk away.



    The closest secure car park is located a 7 minute walk away from the property. The price is £18 for 24 hours.

    Other Things to Note:

    The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.



    We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.



    The apartment is located on the 1st floor.



    The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.



    We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.





    Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.



    Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.



    Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.



    The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 9-10 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!



    The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.



    We are available from 24 hours each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation

Beautiful Property, Wonderful Location!

I loved this property mainly due to the wonderful location and the great balcony! The key fob did not work however and have been told by the restaurant staff that this is a common issue so I was eventually given a code to enter. This was quite frustrating but honestly is my only complaint. Other than that I had a spectacular time. Note that the property is not air conditioned but due to the 2nd floor location and the beautiful balcony you can get a great breeze. The square the property is on offers two great restaurants and a pub housed in a converted 19th century jail. I could reach most of the city center including the Cavern Club & waterfront within 15 minutes by foot. If I visit Liverpool again I would be happy to choose this location again!
