Lovely clean room. Cudtomer service always there for you. Nice to get in and make a cup of coffee. Lots of towels! Shower really nice and easy to use. Property *needs* to tell people on booking that you check-in down the street and not actually at the suites. For people that have appointments or somenody in a wheelchair, i just found it a bit unfair to find out this only after arriving and calling the number on the door. And the other guests staying were all saying the same upon meeting them outside. Otherwise, cannot fault this property it stood to us very very well. Excellent price and would recommend.

Good prices, clean and good for a night or two whilst in Liverpool. Little far out from the city and definitely needs a taxi fate in and out

The room was nicely done out. Few issues were the shower, very small and more of a trickle than a shower. The TV only had freeview of which only 4 channels worked, CBeebies, sky news, BBC news and citv. None of which were gripping viewing. Also the wifi did not work. The bed was very comfy and the place itself wasn't too bad.

Should have read previous reviews

Booked hotel based on pictures on website but should of read reviews. Hotel is an unmanned townhouse, with check in located at a hotel in the next street (fact not included on their booking confirmation). Free parking was on the street, wi-fi dropped in and out. Walls are very thin so could hear the squeaking doors, coming and goings up the stairs, conversations and activities in adjoining rooms. En-suite is very small.

Accessible en 2 temps,très penible!

Très difficile d'accès,car en 2 temps. Le réceptionniste désagréable. Chambre et salle d'eau,pas salle de bains beaucoup trop petites. Bruits des autres chambres. Trop excentre.

In a poor area,no staff,not told you needed a key pad number,had to phone hotel as we arrived because we couldn't access property ,had to have another number to access the room,tv didn't work,bed was made of two put together ,bedding was clean .room over priced and the fact there was no staff wasn't in the description,wouldn't stay again or recommend

Not worth the money

The rooms were nice and clean but some of the wall paper was coming off, you have to move the kettle to where a plug is, the rooms were to hot as the radiators were on high and the area wasn't a nice place either. Also I didn't like how you get into the enterence and room by using a code.other than that the city centre is only 10 mins away from the hotel

Disgusting rooms let alone suites

These suites are nothing like suites in fact are nothing like nice hotel rooms. Only had a kettle so no kitchen facilities. Codes on doors so that anyone who knew the code could get in. Disgusting and nothing like the pictures. Although we had booked for two nights we booked the Adelphi hotel instead

Quiet location, but problems with TV and wifi.

I wanted a place with a kitchen, and although there was a kitchen, it didn't have a fridge (only microwave, oven etc.). The TV reception was terrible because the cable was very loose. There were not enough working sockets. The wifi didn't work for 24 hours. I rang 3 times to get assistance with this, and eventually the connection was re-set. However, it actually turned out they had given me the wrong code - I had to ring up to get the code in the first place as this wasn't automatically given out! I was going to complain about being given the wrong code and demand a discount, but had lost the will to live by this stage! Also, entrance door code panel has been installed upside down which makes it tricky arriving in the dark.

Spacious, clean room - but very expensive

The spacious room was fine but no heating in the tiny bathroom which made it very cold having a shower. No complaints on storage as there were no less than 3 large chests of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets! Main grumble is the room was £100 which is at least double what it was worth. Nice pace, poor value.

It was fine for our needs, we didn't spend much time in the room as we were at a martial arts competition but the parking at the back was fantastic and the breakfast at the Mountford is highly recommended and great value for money at £6 for all you can eat.

Disgusted

Could not get access no key code for front door or bedroom. No hot water at any time. Dirty tissues under the bed. Needed to put kettle on the floor to reach the extension cable !!

Place to rest your head. No more than that.

Unattended room in a house. Keyless entry was a little confusing. Room is not near any shops or such. But was clean, comfortable and quiet enough. Reasonable for money paid.

Clean not a nice location

We stayed 1 night it did the job a clean bed to sleep in after a party at a friends. Not in the best location didn't feel very safe. It was a bit weird having to ring for codes and it was hard to understand the staff on the other end of the phone. It had a tv and coffee facilities which was handy. Not worth what we paid.

Not what expected.

Not the building which is advertised on their website, which looks nice, but an unmanned town house in what I would call a deprived area of Liverpool. Small car park but had to fiddle with gates with no outside lighting. Front door is a key code, again very fiddly with no outside light especially as neighbourhood is one I wouldn't walk down even if I was armed. All doors in the building squeak very loudly so can hear people coming and going all the time. Rooms were actually quite clean and spacious. En-suite is very small though. Double bed is 2 singles pushed together. Wifi speed was decent and easy to connect too. Building inside needing some tlc. Cracked walls and ceilings etc. service was pretty shocking. No reception and was just met by domestic staff who used the bottom step as a desk. Main repception at other building we're lacking helpful skills too, took days and numerous calls to get invoice emailed to me so I could claim back on business expenses. Overall I definitely wouldn't go back. Not even to the one advertised on website as I've lost faith.

just fine

An insignificant cabdrive from the city center. The standard and the price is just great. In fact, from judging the price before I arrived, I was surprised that the standard was considerably higher than expected. All in all a place I would recommend anytime and there is a high risk for me to become a regular there on my trips to Liverpool. I am tempted to call this place a little gem considering the standard, price and proximity to what I needed to see and do in Liverpool.

nullissime!!!!! dans un endroit désert sans personne dans les rues, sans endroit ou pouvoir prendre son petit déjeuner le matin qui nétait pas servi dans l'hotel, un hôtel fantome dans un quartier fantomenon déservi sauf par un éventuel taxi qu'il fallait chercher au hasard d'une chance!!!! couvre lit tiré sans refaire le lit!!! pas de lampe accessible du lit, il fallait se lever pour éclairer ou éteindre pas de savon tous les jours,du nescafé seulement pour le premier matin honte !!!!!!!
