This is a stylish and extremely spacious 6-bedroom residential home in Wavertree, only 20 minutes from the City Centre and 15 minutes by car from the Football Stadiums of Liverpool and Everton. The flat is ideal for large groups, comfortably sleeping up to 14 people. There is a fully equipped separate kitchen and dining space making this the perfect place for a short getaway.



The Space:

Tall ceilings, enormous bedrooms and sophisticated modern interior design give this apartment unique style and character. The modern fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms stand out above most. There is ample space to socialise or relax and there is a 'Netflix ready' 4K TV in the lounge. Please note that the TV does not currently have terrestrial channels.



The house is a 15 minute drive from the city centre or alternatively you can take bus number 79 from outside Canton Palace restaurant (l15 6UY) or bus number 7 from Warnerville Road. There is a Tesco a 6 minute drive away on Prince Alfred Road, and it is a 5 minute drive to Childwall Fiveways where you will find ample places to eat.



The large kitchen is equipped with pots, pan, utensils, cutlery, crockery, microwave, kettle, oven, toaster and washer/dryer. The lounge has an array of contemporary furniture providing a social environment for a large number of guests.

The house has 6 bedrooms, each with a luxurious double bed and one of which has a double bed plus a sofa bed sleeping up to 14 people in total.



There are 3 bathrooms in total. 1 bathroom is located on the ground floor, another located on the 1st floor, and an en-suite bathroom on the top floor.



Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times.



TOWELS & LINEN

- All bed linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases)

- 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more.

For your peace of mind, the property is fully equipped with essential safety features, including:

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
