    This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



    *Quiet Hours After 10PM

    This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



    *No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine

    Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



    *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place

    Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



    *Travel Cots & High Chairs

    Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay. Please request these in advance of your arrival.



    *Stays over 10 nights

    Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee of £91. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.





    *Online Check-In Required

    To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.



    *Check-In/Out Policy

    Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)

    Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour



    *Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver

    We require either:

    A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR

    A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)

We loved our stay at this property! It quite spacious, so we could have room to stretch out, rest and relax without being on top of each other after sightseeing! This place was perfectly located in the City Center, so we left our car in the parking garage nearby the entire three days that we were there, and simply walked everywhere! This was a great plus. I should note that there were plenty of shops to pick up groceries, and lots of pubs and restaurants nearby to hrab a bite to eat. We had a dinner and Full breakfast at the "Slaughter House" which was only a few doors down. The food was good, and it was handy to go there after for dinner when we arrived tired after a long day of travel. It was equally handy to grab a quick Full breakfast before departing to travel on, and the food was grat. Otherwise, being able to make our own breakfasts and other meals at the apartment, made it less stressful and saved us quite a bit of money. Overall, the apartment was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. Communication with the host was also great. This was a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it!spasciouzsspascous,
