    Our pricing is tailored to the number of guests to keep costs low for smaller groups.
    Bedroom Access: The apartment is self-contained for your exclusive use. However, to manage cleaning costs, bedrooms that have not been paid for will remain locked.
    Cleaning Fees: * Standard fee (1–3 guests): £30.00 per booking.
    Large groups (4+ guests): £10.00 per additional person.
    Rate Confirmation: If you are booking for two persons sharing one room, please contact us for a potential discounted rate.

    Terms & Conditions (Summary)
    Contract: By confirming your booking, you enter into a legal agreement governed by English law. All guests must be 18 or older.
    Cancellations: Please refer to your specific Airbnb cancellation deadline. Cancellations made after the deadline will result in a charge equivalent to the first night's stay plus any selected extras.
    Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay. We reserve the right to terminate a stay immediately, without refund, in cases of unacceptable behaviour or noise nuisance.
    Availability: In the unlikely event of a booking error, we will offer alternative accommodation or a full refund of the price differential.
