Jared has an absolutely beautiful place!. The 95 degree temps had all of us heading for the pool, from the 8 month old baby to the 60 year old Grandfolks. Like the house, it was clean and in great shape. Plenty of pool toys provided. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and functional. The beds were comfortable and peaceful. We brought our own boat and found that just leaving it tied up inside the boathouse was plenty of protection. The cove truly is a quiet and wake-free oasis. We even had a photographer come to take some well overdue family photos, and she likewise fell in love with the surroundings. To summarize, Jared and staff help provide the perfect little spot for a much needed family vacation.

we found small animal waste under the center counter, and pots were dirty with burnt food in them. we had to wash dishes and pots before using, some man came around the house twice, never id himself, family was very nerves able that, other than that very nice stay.

The property is as described and was perfect for our family. We appreciated the pool and the kayaks. Communication with the owner was clear and quick. Beds are comfortable. Check-in procedure was easy and check-out procedure was the easiest we have ever had! That is so appreciated! I would definitely recommend this home and owner.

Our family used this beautiful home for our annual family trip. The home was just as listed and it suited our family perfectly! The porches, the pool, the paddle boards, the kayaks, the game room and, especially, the pontoon boat, made it ideal for all of us. The kitchen was as complete as any VRBO we have ever stayed in, so feeding our family was a breeze. We would recommend this home for any family or group that wants a relaxing vacation. Thank you Jared for everything! We had a ball!

Our family really enjoyed this home and all the amenities! From the boat we also rented, to the kayaks and paddle boards, the pool and pool area, fire pit (and s’mores kit!), the screened in porches and deck, all the bedrooms and lots of space! We loved the convenient location and had a wonderful week! Thank you to the property manager for his responsiveness and help with a few items!

We had an awesome time! There was a lot to do…swimming pool, corn hole, s’more, fishing, swimming on the lake, paddle boards, kayak, board & card games. We did it all! The kitchen had all the amenities to cook in bulk for the entire group. Communication with the property manager was very good. Any questions I had were answered within 24 hours.

This house matches its pictures! We vacation to a different spot every spring. We commented the entire week that this house might be our favorite! So many outdoor activities for kids and adults. We kayaked, paddle boarded, cruised around the lake on the pontoon boat, tackled the culvert (!!), jumped off the boat and swam in the lake, had drinks at the Pointe by boat, floated on tubes off the dock, fished off the dock, kids swam in the pool, and we had a fire every night! All while relaxing on the comfy couches, visiting the Food Lion daily, walking the neighborhood, and playing games at the awesome dining room table. We took a short road trip and visited the dam as well. The owner and the property caretaker were great. Didn’t want to leave!!

The ladies in my Bible Study Group stayed 2 nights. The house was clean. Everything we needed was supplied. It is a lovely home with a beautiful view. All of us had a great time. Jared was a great host. You will not regret booking this home! We would love to go back again. Sime in our group are considering booking for their family vacation!

We had an awesome time at this beautiful home! Jared, the owner is amazing to work with and responds in lightning speed for questions you may have. You can’t beat the location of this house either, it sits on top of anything you need in the area. Additionally, the home is beautifully decorated, clean and just very cozy. There was plenty of room for our party of eight to spread out & we all thoroughly enjoyed the two Christmas trees that were set up when we arrived- such a special touch! It rained the majority of the time we were there but the views of the cove were amazing. We’re already talking about going back during the summer months to take advantage of the pool and other accommodations. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
