"Our family enjoyed staying at the house for our Zion trip. It had all the furnishings and amenities we needed. The Ross house is very spacious, nicely remodeled and can easily fit large groups. The house also has a nice yard and patio for warmer days. It's situated a few blocks off the main road and there are several markets, restaurants and cafes within short driving distance. Jeremy was very responsive and had helpful tips about cafes, restaurants and activities."

"Everything was great! We had some questions before the trip, and they were answered quickly. The property was very clean and inviting. If you plan on cooking there, there is only one very small frying pan. That was our only "complaint", but a very minor one! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"My family and I very much enjoyed this experience. I am thankful we took this trip as glamping in tents under the stars was fun for everyone. It is very loud from the wind and very cold at night. Our heated blankets didn’t work so we had to get those changed the second night. Check before office closes! The communal bathrooms were very clean and oh so toasty so that was nice. The tents are all a short walk to the restroom. Great experience overall!"

"Literally across the street from Zion. Beside park lodging, you are the first property. The Subway downstairs has great coffee and a really, really nice staff. 30 minutes from Davis supermarket and 40 from a Walmart. The owner was on site almost every day- very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know traveling to Zion"

"First, there is hot water. I know previous reviews had issues with it but the bathroom has been completely updated and the hot water was awesome. And enough for a family. Overall the condo is super cute and comfortable. It’s beautiful to water the sun come up over the mountains in the morning. "We have loved this stay. It has been said and repeated, location is unbeatable as the traffic to enter the park can be really heavy, even in the so-called low season.
