"Room 1 is extremely small, but was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. There were too few staff. Service at dinner and the bar was very slow. Dinner wasn't as hot as it should have been. There was too much food on a small plate, I had to hunt under the chicken for my vegetables! Overall, it's quite expensive for food that although was delicious it wasn't hot and not served in a timely manner."

"Everything about our stay was very good. Lovely clean room with everything we needed. Large bath with very hot water . Kettle with tea, coffee , biscuits etc , hairdryer and iron. "The location is perfect!!! St Peter’s Square is one of my favorites in Manchester centre as you have absolutely everything you need around!! And transport right at the door! The room was clean and comfy. I originally booked for one night only as i wanted to go somewhere else but it was so comfy that i decided to continue there for the rest of my trip. The staff was so friendly and helpful for everything i needed! They helped me by checking on how to get to the place i needed to go and contacting taxi and prices. I want to highlight that upon arrival the receptionist (from Portugal) made my time better by upgrading my stay as nice gesture for my birthday. Many thanks to all!!! I definitely recommend this place."
