This property was poorly maintained, and common areas were not the cleanest. I'd rented two rooms, one for myself, and one for my mother. My room was clean, but some of the tile coving was broken in the bathroom.
My mother's room (259), on the other hand, was a disaster. The toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet, and she about fell on the floor. Her phone didn't work at all (yes, it was plugged in). She made a complaint to the desk clerk at checkout, who proceeded to take a lengthy phone call while she was talking to him.
The best part of this whole experience was that we were in the process of leaving Arkansas for good. If you plan on staying in Little Rock for more than a few hours (we were literally only there for 15 hours or so), try another property. This one was not much more than a flophouse.
