So so...
El hotel está súper bien ubicado! Justo en el centro de la ciudad para caminar a restaurantes y turistear. El hotel está bastante limpio mientras no veas las alfombras, en especial las de los elevadores. Claro! Había trabajos de remodelación pero aún así se notaba que no habían pasado una aspiradora en días!!! No había botellas de agua disponibles en el front desk ni en las habitaciones. En general nuestra estancia pido haber sido más agradable... El personal muy amable! Muy amablemente nos dijeron que alguien había olvidado hacer el pedido de agua embotellada...

This hotel needs renovation inside and out. The furniture in my room showed wear. The front entrance is essentially blocked for vehicle access due to ongoing construction. Breakfast not included. Parking not included. My room had a beautiful river view, and was clean, so the stay was not unpleasant, but the tattered look distracted from the total experience.

The hotel is right on the river, with easy walking access to river trail and several museums. it is clean and the people are friendly. The facility itsself is a bit worn and could use an update.

Staff was friendly and helpful! The lobby is spacious and updated. The room was large and we had a balcony, downside to the room was that the balcony door didn’t lock and there is no fridge. There is a very nice waterfront park/trail just outside the hotel which we enjoyed.

The parking was very dirty., Cigarette butts all over the place. carpets in hallway and the room were totally worn. i stayed in room 409 and 1210 for two weeks and had a very bad experience. both rooms had worn furniture, I counted 15 torn areas on the desk chair in both rooms, the room 1210 had a broken desk cover. wood sticking up. in the room 409 the bathtub is worn so much that on the rear the paint started to go black, and the Wi-Fi was a disaster to connect.

Stayed at DoubleTree Little Rock for a concert at the arena. Traffic was packed after the concert so we walked back to the hotel so super convenient. Staff went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great weekend.

Disappointed! Have stayed in other double trees much nicer. Over priced for condition. No one answers front desk or service. Room have peeling wall paper. Furniture is all chopped, beat up, old and chipped. Ice bucket no glasses, no bottled water, basically like staying at a motel 6. Only positive was comfortable bed. Could not call room service no one answer phone. Would not book this again.

This hotel needs some major upkeep. The rooms are dingy and dated. Spots on carpet, toothpaste splatters on walls in the bathroom, furnishings are dinged up on all the corners. The phone in the room does not work. No bedding for fold out bed in the room. There is no valet, $15 to self park, no bellman or housekeeping to bring up extra bedding. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel experience but there it a sign for the valet, they just aren’t there. I do expect a working phone to call the front desk, I’d expect furnishings to at least be well kept. We listed in our booking 2 adults & 2 children so with one king bed and one fold out sofa bed I’d at least expect bedding for all guests. They should change the name to the single tree.

However, on this occasion there was a small fire in a trash can in the parking garage.
