Perfect overnight stay

This is a beautiful cozy space, and we loved staying here! Donna was friendly and very communicative, and she makes her guests feel right at home! There are so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we would return in a second the next time we’re in Little Rock!

Unique with history!

Donna is an amazing host! She thinks of everything and communication is top notch! She really cares that you are comfortable and she loves dogs so any furry family members are 100% welcome! The location and is nice and the courtyard is cute. The a/c are window units but it keeps the place cool! We were here in June in the 90’s and it was never too warm. The back bedroom may be a little warmer, we opted not to stay in that room so I can’t say for sure. I will say it’s authentic so there is cobble flooring with small lips. If you are not sure footed be aware you may have issues.

This is like staying in a faury tale! It's charming, cool and comfortable. It has beautiful private courtyard and it's very secure. Loved the owners caring attitude and her Bear..an 8 pound yorkie. We'll be back.

What a wonderfully unique property! Donna is the hostess with the most! she has thought of everything! You will find her personable communications refreshing if you have been renting from big rental companies. And she won’t charge you extra if you’d like to check in early. Great location to downtown stuff.

This place has everything! No place to store your things. No cabinet/ drawer space downstairs. Not sure about upstairs. The beds were so comfortable! I am so picky about that!

All around fine time

Nice, slightly quirky, extremely comfortable home, great location, we did a lot of walking, also a lot of just relaxing at the house which is very confortable with an outside patio, great chairs and couch, etc. Owner was very receptive, an all around fine stay.

Cute and Cozy!

I was mesmerized by the garden area when I arrived. Everything about this cottage was perfect, from the location to the cozy feeling of home. Donna was an excellent host, and our family had a great time. Highly recommend!

Cozy and convenient

We enjoyed our three-day stay at the Carriage House. It is small but had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard. The gas fireplace downstairs was nice to have. There’s another one upstairs, but we just stayed downstairs. It’s a short drive or a long walk to the Clinton Library, and same for Little Rock Central High School. It’s a short walk to the South Main area that has restaurants and ice cream. Donna always responds quickly to messages and was friendly and helpful.

Was in town for the LOViT 100 mile race. Great spot for proximity to start and finish as well as crewed aid stations. Beautiful location to rest and recover at!

Everything was WONDERFUL! Donna even printed directions to our concert venue & left them on the table. The fenced courtyard was perfect for my pup! Most of all, the carriage house is absolutely charming and only a few blocks from a super cool shopping/restaurant district! Would definitely love a return visit!

Perfect location and attention to details!

The Cottage is a perfect location in the city! The owner has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We slept good. There were snacks, drinks, and detailed instructions for everything. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything You Could Need!

The carriage house is a delightful place to stay for your trip to Little Rock! Our host was quick to respond to inquiries, made check in and out a breeze, provided detailed instructions for wireless and television operation, and made sure we had everything we needed. She followed up by making sure that everything was in good working condition and asked if there was anything that could be improved upon. The carriage house is comfortable, charming and close to everything. It really does have everything you could need and more - even nightlights! The beds were comfortable. There is a double bed on the first floor located behind the couch on the first floor. Just a heads up, there are two bedrooms on the second floor, and you have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the one behind it. The bathroom for the second floor is located by the first bedroom, so whoever is staying in that back bedroom has to walk through the first bedroom to get there. I would most definitely stay at the carriage house again on future trips to Little Rock! It sure beats staying in a hotel and you can’t beat the price for having all the conveniences of home, an attentive host and the privacy of the fenced in courtyard - and let’s not forget unlimited Keurig coffee and tea pods! Thank you, Donna!
