"There was no beach access on the property. It was an act of mother nature. The hurricane damaged the walk way entrances. I feel that info should have been included. The pool was beautiful, as were the grounds. As we were due to leave, we really wanted to stay another day. Check out day was Thursday. No assistance there. "We had a wonderful time on Jekyll. The bike paths are amazing and expansive. Nature abounds along with historical structures. The birds are amazing. The beaches on the central to south island are superb. You can see the sun rise from driftwood and watch a sunset on the southern most beach. The beaches are wide and undeveloped and quiet. Unfortunately just north of driftwood beach (which is a ghost forest not really driftwood) and for about 2 miles southward there is no beach. There are huge...

"Well furnished 2bed, 2 bath condo in a golf course community, within walking distance of the reaort's fine restaurant. Tuck away a bit off the main drag but -- it's an island so nothing is terribly far away. The place is compact. "With high ceilings, skylights, sliding doors & 4 outside decks, we enjoyed lots of natural light and beautiful foliage views.
