"Lovely clean property, living room would be cosy for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Only drawback is parking space which is small for larger cars and with poor visibility of road. Also workers of boatyard park opposite the driveway so unable to reverse into the driveway if you come back to the cottage during work hours."

The accommodation was perfect for our family get together, ideally located with 3 pubs in walking distance and so close to the water too. The house is managed by a a friendly helpful team. "It was a lovely riverside location with the cathedral 5 minutes away. A footpath by the side of the pub opposite got you into the heart of the city in 6 or 7 minutes. Apartment is small but perfect for two. A city map would be useful as there is no tourist office in Norwich and we got a bit lost firsts day."

"We had a lovely weekend in the Shepherd's hut. Very cosy. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop. It was great to pop out in the morning to grab still warm eggs from the chicken coop, and the goats and piglets kept us thoroughly amused. A really relaxing stay."

"The first greeting was the stink of dogs had to go to shop and get some smellies,the road noise was terrible , So many gaps around windows and doors it never warmed up, the lounge furniture was filthy think it all needs replacing perhaps not have dirty smelly animals in there, managed 3 x nights but couldnt wait to get home."
