"We had no hot water the whole time we were there. You cant get hold of the owner, they don't seem to care. Also there are no fans provided and the pod retains heat so it unbearable in the hot days. "

"We were staying in Bewdley having had a meeting locally and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. The check in process and communication was excellent and reassuring, the keysafe access was perfect and it was great to have parking so close. Kitchen is very well equipped, we had private chef to cook meal for us and although kitchen was small he managed a 3 course meal for 10 of us!Great little pub 5 mins walk away.Our only problem was no hot water and heating this morning, but someone came to sort for us.Would definitely recommend."
