"The location of this property is ideal for visiting Bass lighthouse, taking in various hikes, visiting unassuming Southwest Harbor! The property is large, with plenty of living space, inside and out. The big kitchen has a sweet breakfast nook which overlooks the deck, while the dining room would be perfect for a lobster feed. "Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole property was very family-friendly. We had five children and five adults, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.The pool was a game changer — even on our one rainy day, it made the vacation still feel like a celebration. There were plenty of pool towels for all the swimmers, which was a greatly helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances (air fryer, blender, coffee maker, etc.), and...

"Quietside Cottage was in a great location, just a short walk to Southwest Harbor (shops and restaurants). The home was fine (sunporch great), but needs some maintenance to make it great. Communication with the manager was very good and their digital guide best I have seen."

"Great cottage! The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was due to the path to the hot tub was not shoveled making for a dangerous run to and from the hot tub. I slipped and fell on the ice which could have been prevented by having a path shoveled for guests. The BBQ grill was covered in snow as well. "
