The hotel is good overall, the carpet seems a bit tired. Not so much options on the menu. Overall, we really enjoy ourselves as a family.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had dinner on arrival and food was good and reasonably priced. We stayed at rooms 207 & 208 which I guess is in the old part of the building so dated as expected but it was clean. Number 10 The Abbey
The shower around the bottom on the tiles needed a good clean, but the room we had was very good

Lackford Lakes Barns
Lovely accommodation, spacious, warm and very comfortable. Beds were also very comfortable. My only negative comment is about the road condition from the main road down to the cottages - lots of large potholes with parts of the road in very poor condition.
