Scuba diving paradise
The house is a spectacular beautiful house right on the ocean all the amenities. You would need great customer, service, and host.

Enjoyable stay!
The house was very comfortable, and we loved going to sleep by the sound of the surf at night. Be advised that the walkway to the water's edge is blocked; you can climb over, but unless it is dead-flat-calm, entering the water there is not safe. Would loved to have been able to sit on the deck to watch the sunset, but those no-see-ums go right for me.

Great! But no access to the water
Wonderful, well designed and comfortable, but the coral wall at the water’s edge is dangerous and requires some kind of dock or other way to safely get in and out of the water. It’s looks like the owner has tried…but renters should know they will have to drive to find a place to swim.

Paul, Thank you for staying at Salt Rocks Villa in Little Cayman. There is no shore access from the property as it is located on the cliff by the ocean. In very clam weather (normally the summer time) you can access at your own risk. The coral reef out front is beautiful, but it is not something that we promote. I certainly agree with the idea of building something to assist with access, but attempts in the past have been wiped out in passing storms. The location is all about the views, sunsets and island breeze. The water access is something we will work on for the future plans. Thank you for your booking and we hope to host you again soon. Great stay
I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a modern house with a bit of privacy without being remote. The views are fantastic and we saw a green flashes at sunset every night during our three night stay.

Perfect!
we had 3 couples stay for a long weekend getaway. The views are amazing, the villa is well equipped with everything you could need. Very relaxing and husband fell in love with the grill :) If it had a pool you'd have difficulty getting me to leave. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a getaway to Little Cayman
Amazing views and plenty of space for a weekend in Little Cayman with friends. No complaints; in fact we really appreciated the help received when our flights were delayed by a tropical storm. Would definitely recommend the villa!

Great property. House is well furnished and very comfortable. Beds were great. WiFi is fast. Awesome sunset views. Easy pickup from airport from property manager Only issue is no beach but you go a mile or too either direction and no problem. Highly recomend.
