Take two
This is our second time staying here. We love it. The kids love the family room and we all just crash on the huge couch at night. The view out of all the glass windows is so pretty. Would for sure stay there again. Had the privilege of talking to the landlord both times. Such a nice, polite man.

Ladies weekend- Lititz Fire and Ice Festival
Beautiful property and house, loved the sunroom, appreciated the fresh baked goods, enjoyed watching the birds chickens and deer, quiet, peaceful, we had a wonderful time. Couldn’t get front left burner of stove to heat up. Thank you Bob and Terri for sharing this with us.

Glad you had a good time. Fire & Ice is a lot of fun. The burner was not installed properly. Could have happened during cleaning. I apologize for the inconvenience. We just took it out and put it back in and it worked! Thank you for letting us know.

Great home base for family trip
My husband and 2.5yo daughter stayed on this property over Christmas and it was the perfect home base for the week. The house is extremely clean and even nicer than in the photos. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom at the start and end of each day. It is also in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Although it feels like it’s far away from everything it is actually extremely convenient to all the local amenities. Great stay, would recommend!

Quiet Time
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was roomy and airy. Spent most of our time in the sun room. So relaxing. The house is located centrally to the areas we wanted to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Ties
We loved this "haven on the hill"! It was close to all the sights and places we wanted to visit near Lancaster and the surrounding towns and cities. Terri and Bob have seen to every detail of the house, from a really wonderful kitchen to the comfort of the sunroom and warmth of the living room. The bedrooms were large and bright, and I especially loved the "kids'" room, with its overstuffed animals and childrens' books - even though we had no kids to amuse. I felt at peace and well rested after this stay, and I would LOVE to come back soon.

Lovely property
Everything was great for our stay. A very lovely home a bit tricky finding it in the dark but once we found it all was perfect for our stay. My two daughters 17 and 20 were very pleased as well!! Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful spot in the country
Everything was as promised on the website. We needed a fan for the upstairs bedroom, and the owner gave us the standing fan from his bedroom; extremely nice of him. The countryside was beautiful as was the town of Lititz.

Girls Weekend Getaway
This property, from the outside to the inside, exceeded our expectations. It is very well cared for and that is evident throughout this property. There was plenty of room for 7 of us and great accomodations for sleeping. The convenience of having both an upstairs and downstairs bathroom was very much appreciated. The owners, Bob and Terri l, were quick to replying to a question I had and were super friendly. The outside was beautifully manicured and had terrific curb appeal. We loved seeing the deer come past the chicken coop each evening. It was even really cool to see the chickens from the sunroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it much easier to prepare the few meals and snacks that we had during our stay. We would definitely rebook this beautiful home if we come back to the area.

Getting away from it all.
We can't stop talking about our stay. I can't think of a single time where everyone had an amazing experience and enjoyed themselves. You will not find a more serene location to get you away from the rigors of city life. This was truly an alcove of relaxation. I can't say enough about our hosts, as they were more than gracious in providing a warm and inviting space to unwind. The property is just fabulous and well maintained. I did have one faux pas (locked myself out) and our host arrived in less than a minute to let us in. Our reason for traveling was to attend the RV show in Hershey and this location was a mere 40 minute drive through some of the most picturesque farmland. It was like a Norman Rockwell painting in 3D. Thanks to our host! We'll be making another trip soon.

Wonderful home and lovely hosts!
Our party had 7 adults who were all attending a wedding at the PA Renn Faire. This VRBO was wonderful in that it had plenty of space for all of us! There were two very lovely bathrooms with plenty of towels and such that made getting ready the day of very easy. The hosts graciously gave us fresh fruit and baked goods from local businesses that were amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with any equipment you might want. We did have a one off issue, nothing anyone would have to worry about again and really abnormal for the rental, but I did want to mention it because of how wonderful the hosts were in taking care of this right away and making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable while the issue was being fixed. The hosts were very on top of taking care of it and it was not hard to get in touch with them at all! Lovely people to stay with and I'd definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking in the future.

Got an email a few days before our stay explaining how to find the house. Walk into the house the first day to find fresh produce waiting for us a welcome present of sorts. There was a binder for very many question that you would have the house was very clean and perfect. This is by far the best house that we have ever rented. I can’t say much more than it was a prefect weekend getaway

Just perfect
We had a wonderful stay on this property. The inside was as clean and well-kept as a model house. The yard and property was beautifully manicured, and our kids had an absolute blast playing badminton in the yard. The fresh baked bread and fruit from local farms was a pleasant surprise on our day of arrival. The owners were very pleasant and made us feel very welcomed!

Spotless, perfect, beautiful B& B with amazing garden
From the moment we arrived the property was inviting and welcoming. The property was beautifully maintained gorgeous gardens very well taken care of. The B&B was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. They welcomed us with fresh fruits from local farms and baked goods from local Farmers market. I highly recommend this property if anybody is interested in staying in a home away from home.

I made a mistake on the rating of this guest. It should have been a 5-star rating for the house rules. They left the place in wonderful shape - even started the laundry before leaving. I tried working with VRBO but was unable to get the rating changed. I apologized to the customer and want this note to reflect that they were an absolute wonderful family to rent our property to.

The property is close to Lititz and other conveniences. The home and grounds are incredible. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms comfortable, includinng extra pillows and blankets. The outdoor sitting space is delightful and really added to our stay. The owners gave clear directions and went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. It was a very nice way for our extended family to spend time together.

Perfect Country Getaway
Our family had a wonderful weekend here! I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed was stocked in the house. There were plenty of towels and blankets to curl up with. As soon as we pulled in the driveway my kids were in awe. They ran out and went right on the tire swing. There was plenty of room for them to run around and play in the back yard. There were yard games that we enjoyed. It is so peaceful there. We loved sitting in the large sun room as a family. When you're there you feel like you are far away in the country but it is close to everything. The hosts were so helpful with everything and cso friendly. They even let us have a late checkout. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a serene getaway. Our kids didn't want to leave! You will love it there!

Quiet country house.
Clean, comfortable and as advertised. Has to be in the top three of the dozens of places we rented. Plenty of parking and plenty of room in house. Less than 15 minutes to Lititz, Ephrata and Manheim. Two minutes to Speedwell Forge Lake. They don't get any better than this house

Beautiful Rental With A Cozy Feel!
This Vrbo property is absolutely stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in this beautiful spread-out home, and the outdoor views are absolutely amazing. We are originally from tge area so familiar with the location. Definitely farm country but very close to everything. The place was immaculate and the sunroom terrific to relax in. Others we were traveleribg with chose to stay in a hotel and they complained about the noise. Not here. Very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
