"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. "We wanted to be based close to Doolin, Caherconnel Fort, and Aillwee Cave. This property was a hit. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, plenty of parking, two pubs right across the road, and a little hotel on a kitty corner for a night cap complete with the live music on Saturday evening. "

"We had a lovely stay in this house. It was located in a beautiful location overlooking the estuary and a short drive from the local village. It was very clean and tranquil, exactly what was needed after getting away from a big city. The views of the many islands on the River Shannon were breathtaking. Anne was very friendly, easy to contact and accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend it for somewhere to stay, especially to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a picturesque setting"

We enjoyed Egan's (after dinner drinks and music)and McHugh's (great dinner) very close to house (need to drive there) We went for a swim on the way out of town and wished we could have stayed longer. Found a local taxi driver/regional expert Jaredth/Earl. I can't say enough about him. "
