"Its always lovely to stay at the Langstone, but I think its starting to feel a little tired. The rooms, whilst clean are a little rough at the edges, they show wear and tear, this is the second time I have stayed that my TV didn't work properly, plug was a poor fit for the bath. "Stayed Sun to Mon over bank hol wkend. Billed as a spa hotel in country so we thought we would relax. ...But the calamity of errors begun. I would not stay here again. Beautilul venue in a lovely setting, ruined by servises, staff, facilities with a "no can do" attitude."

"Friendly reception and service. Room was non-smoking but one could notice it had been smoking before, every time at entering the room. Comfortable bed.
