"Absolutely amazing property, with a beautiful view. Perfect upgraded Maine coastal cottage experience. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy being in Maine. The location is super convenient as well."

"The smell of the property was quite unpleasant. It had a urine smell. Large black ants alive and dead were in the living area and kitchen. The air unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. The dishwasher was extremely loud also. We opted the leave after one night."

"I will return. I could have stayed longer. It was a nice respite from a stressful life. Hosts were amazing. Extremely accommodating! My dog loved being able to swim (and chase sticks - finally learned to bring them back to the beach) every day. I think it helped that the hosts left a container of the training cookies. And they left a dog bowl, which I forgot. The wood stove was perfect for keeping us warm at night and when my dog was a still chilly after her swims. Again, I will return!"

"I absolutely loved my stay on the island. I stayed in the little floating house, which was magical. I loved feeling the water underneath the bed as I napped and drifted to sleep. The sunset from the little porch, overlooking the water, was exquisite. The hammock game was strong! There were two at my site alone! Everything was clean and easy. Kent was a wonderful host, and I really enjoyed talking to him and learning more about the sustainability project itself! The team was responsive and so...

"Honestly, this property and the whole experience exceeded all my expectations (which were already pretty high). Kent and the team were so accommodating, making sure that we had everything that we needed and were available at any time. They made special plans to accommodate some friends for a day visit and were so kind and helpful.
