"Fantastic location and cozy little spot. Hosts were pleasant with good communication but make no mistake about it there is no AC. There’s a few fans and one apparently is supposed to blow cold air and has an ice drawer but it wasn’t effective with the one small tray of cubes in the freezer and there are no ice packs in the house. Nights were breezy and cool with the windows open but the days were extremely hot. Otherwise would recommend!"

"This lovely older home is nicely appointed, full of charm, very spacious and most of all comfortable. It was lovely to be able to walk and explore the city and then come back to a space where we could just relax in comfort. If we were coming back to Portugal we would definitely stay here again. "

"Frequent airplane landings, occurring every five minutes, generate considerable noise, which disrupts sleep at night. Besides, the landlord remains unresponsive to requests for the invoice via messages."

"The property itself is very nice but you will have only the basics when you arrive. You will want to make a market trip if you are planning to stay for a few days. The apartment lock is a bit of challenge, ask for help if it doesn’t cooperate."
