"Great host and a perfect little property for an overnight stay. It is close to Grandbury which is where we spent most of our time. Perfect private spot."

"Nice Riverfront house with plenty of shade area underneath. On a very wide spot of the river that was good for kayaking. May trip river was roughly 3 feet deep near the shores and 1 ft in the middle. Outboard boats where able to get through. The house itself has plenty of room and everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only thing we had issues with where the stairs up to house where short steps so if you have big feet it is a little tricky. A good stay if you love being on the river."

"Clean, great communication, close to campus for the graduation ceremonies we were in Stephenville for. Would stay again!"

"Was not cleaned before we got there. Linens and towels were still on floor from checkout process from the people before us. A huge dead cockroach was on the floor and the trash was all tore up in the backyard. We had to sleep on beds that weren’t made and I can only assume the linens were dirty bc they were still on floor when we showed up which is what checkout process instructions were. No one got this place ready for us and I won’t be coming back."
