Best hotel in Ko Samui
The staff were amazing, the resort itself was immaculate and I don't think you can find better on the island. Hands down, best hotel stay I have ever enjoyed. You don't know what good service looks like until you stay a few days at this hotel.

Save your money, stay somewhere else
Never coming back to this hotel. It was the last days of our honeymoon and the experience we had on the hands of the hotel was the worst we have encountered in our lives. The staff made US LOSE THE LAST DAY OF OUR HONEYMOON AND THEY DONT EVEN GIVE YOU ANY COMPENSATION. TOO PRICEY FOR THE EXPERIENCE ...
