Charming house for 4 people, it has two bedrooms, one with double bed and its own bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Dining room with fitted kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven). Terrace with barbecue available. Free WI-FI and available throughout the property, access to the outdoor heated pool and shared with other holidaymakers, tennis court, playground for children.

For a rental house, you will have the option of taking the cleaning option or doing the full cleaning yourself at no cost. Even if you choose the option, a minimum of cleaning will be required, emptying all the bins, putting away the dishes, folding the blankets, grouping the sheets and towels on the ground floor and emptying the refrigerator of all food.

The price of the cleaning option varies depending on the size of your rental (€100), this option can be chosen at the time of booking or at most 14 days before your arrival, it will no longer be possible to choose it afterwards.

If you decide to do the cleaning yourself (household products available), you must return the accommodation in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived, otherwise the cleaning costs will be charged to your deposit. An inventory of arrivals and departures will be made.
