"El Gran Meliá Xian superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas. El hotel es limpio, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas (bañera + ducha, cama grande y cómoda, balcón...). El desayuno tiene una gran variedad y es de buena calidad, combinando elementos locales con otros propios de un desayuno internacional. En nuestro caso, nos hicieron upgrade al Red Level, que dispone de un salón propio con snacks, bebida y comida complementaria (sin coste añadido), lo cuál fue muy bienvenido. La ubicación es buena: hay un centro comercial justo al lado y el hotel está rodeado de jardines inmensos y muy bien cuidados. Con ride sharing (Didi o similares) se puede ir a cualquiera de los sitios turísticos, como los soldados de terracota, barrio musulmán, muralla, torres de la campana y el tambor... en una media hora a 45mins, por un coste muy ajustado. En definitiva, es uno de los hoteles más agradables en el que nos hemos alojado."

"Very good hotel. The staff is very friendly. Close to main attractions in Xi’an. My only complain is that I particularly wanted a no-smoking hotel. My room and the hotel was supposedly smoking-free. But soddenly my room started to get a lot of smoke from cigarettes, presumably because the AC units between rooms are connected. The staff was apologetic and offered a better room, but we had the same problem."
