"We didn’t find it a dream but it wasn’t a nightmare either. The outside grounds, pool and beach area are lovely, water is crystal clear. It was the room that disappointed us. We stayed in a side sea view room, 102 to be precise. The room had such an old smell to it. Stayed for 7 nights and not once was our bed sheets changed, for a 5* hotel this should be a standard procedure after the 3rd night without having to ask. "The suites are well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s about a 15 minute walk into Lindos town, downhill on the way but obviously uphill on the way back! There are plenty of taxis available though at about €5. There is a supermarket just across the road from the suites which has everything you need - snacks, drinks, toiletries, sun cream etc. Pool area is lovely, very calm and peaceful. "The location in Krana just above the old town and across from the Acropolis is a good 10-15 minute walk down to the village. Ups and downs but so worth it. Views are spectacular of the sea and acropolis. Loved the suite. Well laid out and roomy with balcony. Open air restaurant next door open all day. Golf carts available for 5 euros to go to square in old town or to bus stop and Flora market down the hill. Tasos was great! Lindos is amazing. Winding walking streets that calm down late...
