"No problems with anything"

"Spotlessly clean rooms/ hotel , but noisy Aircon meant I didn't sleep well , even when switched off the fans still active. Breakfast included was fine , the check in staff on Arrival where terrible, unhelpful and argumentative and almost had me paying again for a room id already paid for."

"Great - clean and not too far in a taxi from Sowerby Bridge (steep incline if walking!)"

"I stopped at this hotel for 2 nights and I was very impressed! We stayed in one of the executive double rooms which was a good size, clean and modern. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent as was the evening meal we had. We used the hotel as a base to visit Haworth & Hebden Bridge which is about 45 minutes away. The hotel show's as a 3 star but I believe this rating doesn't do the hotel justice! The only reason it has this rating is due to not having a lift. I would defiantly recommend this...

"The staff could not have been more helpful nothing was to much trouble. Could do with a lift it’s a long way up stairs with cases to the very top floor"

"Great location, with lovely views over the surrounding moors. Excellent range of food and wines very reasonably priced. Bed room was spacious and spotless clean. Will return in the future for sure."

"Perfect place to sleep."

"Friendly family business, good value. Comfortable bed and hot shower which was exactly what I needed after 18 hours of international travel. I stayed 2 nights in late September to attend a wedding in nearby Ripponden. The room was quite chilly but I actually like sleeping in a cold room. A space heater was provided, though I didn’t use it as the bed was cosy enough. It was handy that they served food downstairs and I really appreciated the vegetarian/vegan selections including veggie sausages...

"Disappointed this time. Booked an executive room as a treat, never upgraded before. Upon arrival the room was great, bedroom good & large bath & large walk in shower. Unfortunately the blind on the large bathroom window would not close and as we were on the top floor it was very exposed & i was concerned that when it got darker in the evening, using the facilities would be seen by the opposite buildings. I reported the blind to reception, the gentleman came & looked & it wasn't repairable so I...
