"The host was wonderful to work with. She communicated promptly and answered kindly to any questions I had. She was very accommodating. Everything that I needed was available, coffee, towels, and travel sizes of shampoo & conditioner as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste! I was very happy with the cleanliness too. "First, I will say the property manager, Marlena, was great. We had several issues that she was quick to respond and handle. The apartment itself was clean and nice. The kitchen could use some new cooking pots and pans. We were not able to cook due to the pans being scratched horribly. The house is very clean and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We tend to cook more than eating out and I found everything I needed to cook and the house is very spacious too. "The Sleep by Numbers bed was broken, and the frame was so wobbly we couldn't use it. Effectively turning this into a one-bedroom. Additionally, we found used washcloths behind the bathroom door. The dishwasher was not secured to the countertop and pulled out when I tried to open the door to load it. I was unsure if it was operational, so I did not use it. There was also peeling paint from the ceiling and walls. This is a very nice area, but the property needs some maintenance."
