"House itself was very suitable for what we needed it for. Things were very nice inside and you can tell that it was freshly redone. The house wasn’t in the best part of town and we did have people getting loud outside at points of the night, which was the only complaint that I wish I would have known going in. "The property was cleaned but the mantles needed dusting. The home is spacious & all the Beds were comfortable. My guests and I enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to shopping. Need to improve on... having quality utensils to eat and cook with bc there was only 1 wooden spatula for cooking and pre/opened plastic ware from dollar to eat with. I had to buy cooking utensils for cooking. Other downside... was the dryer did not work and housekeeping left wet sheets in washer. Back...

Where this place excels is in the communication with the property owner. He was responsive and courteous. The location is wonderful. "I booked a room from the 27th to the 28th, they charged me, but when I arrived at the hotel they wouldn't let me in because they changed it from the 28th to the 29th. I complained to the hotel and Expedia and they didn't resolve anything; they stole my money. I've never had this experience before; I've always used the app, but they left me out after a long day of work. It was already two in the morning, and I had to rent a room at another hotel. "
