Please be respectful to the property. • NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules) • Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items. • No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor • No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules) • Bring towels back from pool. • Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave • Report any damages as soon as possible.
