The property has 2 bedrooms (6 berts) and boasts - hot tub, free WiFi and smart TV, heating, cooling and premium bedding, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, integrated fridge freezer, amongst other amenities.

Your free access to complimentary bikes can make your stay at LuxeHaven more fun, romantic, adventurous and family friendly. Whether you’re gliding past the lakes at sunrise, cycling to the adventure playground, or simply taking a peaceful ride through the park, the bikes are here to help you make the most of every moment.
To unlock the two bikes, a refundable deposit of £100 is required to ensure bikes are kept in good condition for future guests. If you need the bikes, deposit should be paid by bank transfer at least 3 days before check‑in. Your bikes will then be prepared and waiting for you on arrival. Helmets and locks are included.

Bikes must be locked when unattended and return to the caravan by checkout. Deposits for use of bikes are returned same day of guests checking out via bank transfer, if bikes, helmet and locks are returned in good condition. Please use bikes safely and responsibly within Tattershall Lakes park.

Your accommodation is a private sanctuary of luxury and comfort. Optional passes are available, should you wish to explore the wider park facilities. Away Resorts charges optional passes (£80–£130 depending on season and group size) if you wish to use swimming pools, entertainment, open air cinema, arcade and other resort amenities.

Passes are not included in your accommodation booking. LuxeHaven offers a luxury retreat on its own, and the passes are simply an optional upgrade for those who want the full park experience.
