Free shuttle service to Loon ski lifts on Sun/M/F/Sat. This is a small studio (330sq ft plus balcony) but perfectly comfortable for two.

Conveniently located, walking distance to a few great restaurants, shopping, activities and the Kancamagus Highway. Private river access behind resort, 1.7 miles from Loon Mountain main entrance (Free shuttle from the Lodge during Loon Mtn ski season ). No pets allowed. Smoking is permitted only in the front parking lot gazebo.

Unit is conveniently located on the second floor close to elevator, Building C (Main entrance building)
