The view is amazing! The place was disgusting. Blood on the light switch and bathroom door, pet hair piles everywhere, refrigerator was dirty, hair in the shower, sand in the sink, sticky rings on the table, beds were hard, felt the springs, bed frame legs are rusted and something orange was all over the floor. Had to go get cleaning supplies and clean the place myself. Wanted the full cleaning fee refunded and was denied. Never again!

Location, location, location!

Beach is just steps away! View is amazing, room is quiet and you can hear the ocean all night! Everything you need for a weekend vacation. Highly recommend.

It was okay…

Condo was fine, but fire place did not work and we had to be the ones to figure that out. The heat also had to cranked to the max to stay warm. They also did not inform us that the beach access was not available. Overall it was just … OK

Nice Stay

The photos in the listing are accurate. It was pretty clean...just the shower curtain and the walls could use a wash. Nothing that interfered with my stay. The view was amazing.

When we arrived we had difficulty making a connection with the property superintendent. A call center was all bc we could get. We ended up sealing another hotel after three hours in the phone. We finally turned to Orbitz for assistance. Orbitz went above and beyond in helping us.

Great location!

This was much like a hotel room but at a fraction of the cost! We had zero issues during our stay. Very close to beach access, very quiet property, and perfect location! Would stay again!

Ho hum good view

This is a hotel room. Great view and location. But…issues. Had to call for Wi-Fi info…no hot water in the morning…fireplace went out…etc. All issues were fixed day of so kudos to local staff. Reviews show these are chronic issues so be aware. We still had a fine time but know you are really getting a no frills hotel experience.

What we needed for our weekend on the coast

Great view of the ocean. Easy check-in, no fancy bells or whistles, but had what you need when you aren’t going to be hanging out in a room. Great location to walk to the beach, and to local shopping.

Always love coming here. This is our 4th stay. The view is amazing. The only problem we have though, the patio door is very hard to open/close and the bed squeaked ( I am 114lbs).

good stay

Good place for a short weekend. Beautiful views of the ocean, enjoyed the fireplace to warm up after a rainy day, and nicely decorated. The only cons were it looked like the shower hadn't been cleaned (hairs stuck to the wall), and the beds could have been more comfortable.

Overall, the hotel is in need of a good power wash to remove the green moss. The room was dirty and fairly poor condition. The deck was mossy and rotten in places, so one wasn't certain it was safe to put one's weight on it. Only two coffee bags (1 decaffeinated) were available for two nights; no tea, creamer, sugar, or sweeteners. No glasses, just coffee cups. Also, no silverware or stirrers. The exterior corridors also looked dirty and neglected. On the plus side, however, the view was beautiful.

Great view, Cheap room

This room was tired and in need of renovation, including new mattresses, paint, and a general cleaning. The lovely view from the balcony was diminished by the moldy chairs and railing and need for paint. This was a bare minimum place, that came with a low price, but did offer a great view for 3rd story units.

Beautiful view. Not that clean. We bought mattress pads for the extremely uncomfortable beds. Mold in the bathroom. Office was closed on arrival. Had to call 800 number to get lockbox code.

Great place

Was over all a great place to stay only issue we had was the glass sliding door didint lock. Making it very easy for one of the other ppl from the units to hop over the small divide and let them selfs in if the wished. Other than that place was great price was amazing and the view was breath taking

Nice comfortable place. The lock on the door was broken when I arrived, so I couldn’t get in. Maintenance came quickly and fixed it. I would stay here again.

Inexpensive/pet friendly coastal accommodations

Quick/ easy check in. Location was close to everything you could want to do in Lincoln city. Pet friendly accommodations had special towels for the dog. The beach was a very short walk away and there was plenty of green space for taking the dog out. Lots of other people there had their dogs also and everyone picked up after their pets. Great value for the price. The one thing I think would have beef good to have is a hose to rinse the dog/feet off after beach combing (maybe there was somewhere but we didn’t see one) and an ice machine.

Leave your truck at home

The sink faucet was loose, the floor was sandy, and the screen door came off it's track and wouldn't open well. We didn't try the fireplace as it was too hot in the room until we opened the door to cool it down. Otherwise the room was clean, plenty of towels and hot water. Fridge and microwave worked. The price was right. My biggest complaint was the parking! The hill was steep, the width and spaces were narrow. If anyone parked slightly off or had a truck, It was very hard to park and never in front of the building we stayed in, which made loading difficult.
