We immensely enjoyed our stay! The condo is well equipped with cooking utensils and a few bonuses like ziploc bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. The condo was clean & the view is incredible! Don't spend time looking at other places, this was a fabulous place. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom is down a long hallway away from the living room, which is ideal when traveling with someone who snores.

The condo was beautiful, the owners did a great job with the remodel. The location was great. Great view, beach front. Nice faux fireplace. There were just a couple of hiccups. The garbage in the kitchen was not emptied before I arrived. The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work. The living room television operating instructions included a remote that could not be found. The only way to turn the TV on or off, adjust volume and change channels was to do it manually with the buttons on the back of the TV. This was committed to the owners and they were very quick to respond. The TV in the bedroom worked fine. My whole purpose of going to the beach was to rest and veg out from my full-time caregiver position of my mother. Unfortunately, the next door neighbor had 3 young children that screamed and cried most of the night and into the next morning. They also ran up-and-down the corridor. After I asked them to please be quiet, they proceeded to knock on my door and run away. Thankfully, they were checking out that morning. After that, I got the peace and quiet I needed. This is in no way the fault of the condo owners.

The ocean was right there! Sun was out for my whole trip. I planned this quick getaway for my 56th birthday. Left husband and adult kids in Portland so i could celebrate in a condo on the beach. This condo fit the bill! Clean, wonderful access to the beach. It was absolutely peaceful and perfect.

When you pull up to the building, it's not impressive. But when you open the door to this unit, wow. It's really well refurbished - quality materials, a very well-stocked kitchen, tasteful decorations and a great view. The Murphy bed is perfect, leaving the living area feeling spacious all day but providing a much better bed than your typical sleeper sofa. A top-notch space for a beach trip!

This was an excellent condo, clean, well stocked with kitchen ware, with comfortable beds. It has a beautiful ocean and sunset view with beach access! It's close to whatever you might need and has several close amenities. We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln City!

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our time. The complex is older and not much sound insulation so a bit loud next door but quiet at night so was fine. The instructions said to empty trash but there was trash and no bags in the kitchen when we arrived. It was a good location for shops and dining. Nice to be on the beach had some amazing sunsets and the super moon.

The view was awesome! Walk down some stairs and we were right on the beach. Watching sunsets were spectacular, even if we stayed in the room.The only problem was we couldnt get the stereo, the dvd player and the tv remote (in living room) to work. The dvd player and the stereo wouldnt even turn on without the remote. The tv we could get to work from the buttons on the back of it. Also couldn't get either ceiling fan to work. Had to clean living room window. Had smudges all over it. And had to buy our own (ground) coffee. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. But the view itself and the ease of getting to the beach made up for it

Peaceful Beautiful Beach View

As the other reviews have said the photos really don’t do this place justice. The view you get when you walk out into the living room is breathtaking, the hosts were incredibly communicative, and the house keepers left a sweet note :)) I also have stayed at other places in Lincoln city previously and it felt like the hosts really didn’t understand what it takes someone to live comfortably in a place but this condo truly has everything you need to feel like you’re living at the beach from two different coffee makers, ice cubes and pot holders!! (Because seriously some places don’t have pot holders) Thank you so much for an incredible four night stay!
