Everything was great and well equipped. The house listing was totally accurate. The only cleanliness issues that we found were some water bottles in cans around the hot tub on the ground from a previous guest and the area underneath the couch when it was scooted around a little bit.We would definitely stay here again!

The size of the house was great to fit our large family, the house is a fun maze of finding rooms, the location and view were beautiful. The kitchen was very out dated and cupboards were falling off, the refrigerator drawers were broken. Fireplace in bedroom didn’t work. Lock on hot tube was rusted and broken, the house smelled old. Beds need updated. A few updates would make this an amazing location.

Great place for family get together!

This house was just perfect for our family get together. We had 8 adults and 6 children and the house could have easily accommodated more, we were very pleased with the entire experience. The beach views are amazing the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals, we never left the house! We literally have no complaints about the house, it was exactly as it was billed, this made our stay in Lincoln City almost perfect. ( the only minus was the wind and cold on the beach and that was hardly the houses fault lol). The hot tub was an awesome place to get out of the chill of the beach. Everything worked and overall we could not be more pleased with our stay.

Lincoln city house

The house is nice for the age of it. There are an amazing amount of rooms and beds for the size of the house. 2 of the amenities were a big disappointment the gas fire place didn’t work correctly and the hot tub did not work the whole time we were there repair man said the pump was likely burned out.

They house was a wonderful location but very over rated the dishes were in the dishwasher, the dirty towels were in the washer not washed, sand on floor in almost every room, the rec room was awful cans, food on floor and couch also contact lenses stuck to the rail of bunkbed

Great space for large family grouo

Great space for multi generation family group, lots of room and space to stretch out. Perfect beach front location but stairs might be a bit difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Missing some basic essential / utensils in the kitchen but house and spa were both clean. Communication with agency and check in/out straightforward.

Beautiful ocean front property. Beach house had everything we needed and lots of space to accommodate a large group. Billiards room was a great space that kept any noise or music contained at night. Big windows let in lots of light and views of the ocean from almost every room. House was well stocked and very clean. There was a bat in the upstairs bedroom. We contacted the owner who was quick to respond. They never came to resolve the issue, it seemed that they were aware of a "rat bat" upstairs. Even though it may have been harmless, it would have been good to know about ahead of time as it gave us quite the scare. Overall, we were blown away with the beauty of this property and the stunning views.

Beautiful Views

Overall the views from the large deck is what sold us on the home. They did not disappoint! The house was able to fit our large family and plenty of room for everyone. The path down to the beach has sticker weeds so some sort of shoes was needed to head down to the beach. Could use some love for sure! The furnishings and decor were a bit more outdated than we expected. The kitchen needs a good update for the basic essentials needed to stay. We found ourselves searching for items that we could not locate- which is a bit of a bummer. Overall- the house was good.

Could be better

Wish we had been told the oven didn’t work. While the size of the property was perfect for our family the lack of cooking amenities was not. Hard to cook for a big family with no propane or oven and the stovetop cookware wasn’t big enough and looked like it had seen better years!

Perfect Location!!!

Great location and beach access at the best beach in Lincoln City. The house is a little dated but comparable to others offered in the area and appropriate for the price. I did not experience any issues with cleanliness that I saw in the negative comments. There were a few things that needed attention (stove - which we were informed of prior, fireplace, front door hitting floor before fully opening, etc.) but nothing that ruined the trip. I would definitely stay there again. One warning after two falls; stair from living room hall is steep and has narrow treads so BE CAREFUL!

Memorable trip

We had a fantastic time celebrating my mom's 60th birthday together. The house had plenty of room and things to do. Location was perfect. We did have a few issues with items not working. The fireplace in the living room wouldn't turn on. There were multiple blinds that were not working well. One panel in the game room upstairs is completely gone. The oven did not work. A man came by as we were checking in. Said he was there to fix the oven, but was not able to. Said he would return the next day, but he didn't. We were not made aware that he oven was out or that someone was scheduled to come fix it. We managed without the oven. Overall, would definitely recommend. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Electric lock was not working, had to call and get additional key out of lock box.

Had a great family vacation. Could of used more toilet paper, soap, trash bags and hand towels.

Desperate need of updates/deep clean/care

Super location. Property needs serious attention. We disregarded the negative reviews (was called sea perch prior) and we met with the same issues. Needs a very deep clean. Significant electrical and plumbing problems throughout stay. Lots of other very annoying issues which had me spending way more time on phone with management than I wanted while on vacation. It’s too bad because it has potential to be outstanding—just In dire need of care.
