Exact number of rooms we needed for a large family. Appreciated that two rooms had queen beds instead of bunks. Nice size deck off kitchen. No outside play area to speak of.

The location was nice because it was near the beach. It was also easy to access the beach. However, the house was not clean. The floors were filthy, which we noticed because our feet and socks were really dirty after walking on the floor. The dining room table was sticky in the side, so we had to clean it before using it. Also the blinds and ceiling fan were coated with dust. The parking is really tight too and made it difficult for two SUVs to back out of. The cookware was also limited and poor quality. My parents slept on one of the beds upstairs and ended up moving downstairs because it had a cover on it that crinkled and made a lot of noise every time they moved

Addressed our concerns but skipped some cleaning of floors, chairs, cobwebs, carpet stains, and grimey bannisters. Loved the quiet and roominess. Overall, beautiful home, just needs more attention to esthetic details.

The house is very charming and we enjoyed staying there. However, the back deck railing is broken and we warned the children to stay away or they would tumble over. Also a paper plate of cigarette butts was also on the deck; the tv didn't work even though a man came and spent some time working with the wires. The first night the power in two bedrooms was off, which was fixed the following day. Also, with 3 families and only 1 set of house keys, the door was left unlocked during the day. I think that if the electrician can fix the wires, there would be few complaints. Thank you.

Family Trip

Overall it was pleasant. Wished the ad had explained the flag lot and driveway issues but thankfully we only had 2 cars as the neighbors made it very clear of a line we were not allowed to cross. Neighbors startled us the first morning by walking between our cars and around the house to go surfing despite all of the no trespassing signs.

Family vacation

This was a nice house plenty of room. The parking was horrible if you park to far back the neighbor comes out and lets you know. For a house that wiil accommodate that many people the parking is bad. Two of the bedrooms had no power. We checked the breakers and couldn't get it to stay on. We made it without power for the long weekend but this need to get fixed. Other guest wrote in the guest book about the power issues months ago.very nice house in a quiet neighborhood.

Overall this was a decent place to stay. It was fairly clean, but just a bit rundown in areas. It was close to the beach and comfortable. There was one bed that our friends said was pretty hard but we had 1 group had people who didn't come

Quick family stay

Great location. Wasn’t able to get in at check in time. That interrupted our plans for the day. TV in living room wasn’t working. Carpet felt dirty. Other than these few complaints, this is a great property. Close to everything. Large space.

Great House and Location

We had a wonderful girl’s weekend at this property. It was better in person than in pictures. There were 5 of us and there were 5 separate rooms so it was perfect. The walk to the beach was easy and we were close to downtown Lincoln City and neighboring towns. The house was comfortable and we felt at home. We loved it!

Interesting location but great house

It's kinda hard to find as it's on a flag lot. There's a house in front and a longer driveway back to the house. Parking is a little interesting if you've got multiple vehicles. The nice thing about this is that there is no backyard neighbor and it's very calm and peaceful. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. Was perfect for what we needed.

We enjoyed our time at this rental. The only negative was the parking. It is a long driveway and hard to back out. There is no ocean view and the front view is of the house in front. The back view is of some trees and a road.

An okay house, but a little disappointed

This property was adequate for our extended family. However, we were disappointed that upon arrival one sink was clogged, disposal not working, shortage of dish washer pods, paper towels, and soap. It had just an "okay" selection of kitchenware. Certainly could use some painting.

BIRTHDAY FROM HELL!

The landscape of property was hideous to say the least! No garbage can to rid the house of garbage. We had to take our garbage to the beach & use their garbage cans. There were HUGE carpenter ants on the front porch to the point we're we couldn't sit outside, BBQ, or the kids play. The televisions kept cutting themselves off in the middle of shows being watched, we bought a bulb for back patio area so we could grill food & the light fixture was corroded inside so it wouldn't take a bulb, spider webs were EVERYWHERE! Killing insects in the house (months, spiders) that were bitting us up! The front & back porch furniture was filthy as well as the porches themselves. We checked out a day early as maintenance was unable to resolve any issues when they came out. It was my birthday weekend totally ruined! I'm so disappointed. This property needs immediate attention before renting to others! I expect a refund in full.

Great layout for large groups

This is our 2nd time renting the Seaquest home and it works great for our entire family. It’s in a perfect location, in the middle of town. The only complaints we had is, the beds need replaced and they do need to leave more supplies such as laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. For larger groups that stay there and cook meals, it’s just not enough. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Underwhelming property

Nice to find a house that takes dogs, however the house was dirty with stained carpets upstairs. Walls appeared dirty and needed painting. No cleaning supplies, no amenities like Kleenex and kitchen was sparsely supplied. No manual on how to use the remotes for any of the TVs upstairs or down. Driveway was extremely narrow and should be better presented in the description. Despite allowing dogs, we will avoid in the future.
