Clean and Comfortable

Clean, comfortable, accurate listing, reasonable price, wonderful bed linens. DVD player with about 30 or 40 DVD’s to choose from was a nice bonus. Enjoyed having a decent sized tv in the bedroom too.

Kind of a disappointment

OK this unit is pretty good. Sea Gypsy is truly a great location. The internet where I booked the place looked like there was a tub and shower. There was only one bathroom. No tub in the only bathroom. Most of the units in Sea Gypsy have a second bathroom. I love to walk the beach get cold and come to a long hot soak. No tub. That made me crazy. I also was not aware of the true price of the place because the add was unclear. It was way over the 4??.00 once all the taxes and cleaning fee were on it. That should be given up front so a person can make a decision knowing that. Like comparing apples to oranges. I hated that there wasn't any good fry pan in the place. The cheap one that was there had probably been put in the dishwasher and it had scrambled egg still dried on the pan. We had to go get a pan just to cook breakfast. Why did you take the cupboards out from the kitchen when you remodeled. No place to put the food we bought. Every cupboard was full of other stuff. Also why did you take out the closet. I felt like it was a camp trailer with the ridiculous closet you left us. I wish I had taken a photo. I would have included it. Overall, with all the units there that are so wonderful at Sea Gypsy, I'll remember not to book late and not to book this unit.

Great view

Silence of the Clams was conveniently located in Lincoln City with excellent coastal views. It was adequately stocked for our short stay. The cookware looks to have been heavily used and could be replaced. We slept well in the comfortable bed.

It was very cozy and comfortable. We especially like the swiveling rocking chairs by the window for watching the ocean and the couchfor reading. The king size bed was just right. Perfect size condo for just the two of us with everything we needed.

Perfect couple’s getaway

One of our best stays

Silence of the Clams is very comfortable and is a handy base for our few days. Lives up to description. Tastefully laid out and furnished. The bed really is as high as the picture in the listing, and there were 3 step stools easily located in a drawer. Missed having a balcony but the windows open easily. Large picture window to admire the waves and even sunsets. Plan on returning soon we hope.

Fall Getaway

Had a great time in Lincoln City and the Sea Gypsy is a perfect location! We contacted about recommendations and was given so many ideas we couldn't get to them all. Beautiful hike at drift creek perfect weather and gorgeous sunsets. Close to the beach sunset view and restaurant right next door. So happy with this place and will stay again!

If you are looking for a spot right on the ocean, this is it. Easy process to check in, great onsite staff, kids loved the pool. **Bonus** It’s right next to Kyllos, so you can go get your name on the list and chill in your room until they text that your table is ready.

Fabulous Beach Condo

We totally enjoyed our stay here. Check in was simple, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked ... loved the blue theme! The condo has a beautiful view of the beach with two rocking chairs by the window ... so great for coffee in the morning or sitting and reading with a glass of wine. We were able to see the ocean while eating our dinners at the table. Thanks for a wonderful place to experience the Oregon Coast.

What a great visit!!

My 17 yr old granddaughter & I had a "get away" visit to Lincoln City for her Spring Break. We loved being able to sit & look out the large picture window at the beach & ocean. The condo was so cute & very comfortable .. especially the king bed! We had fun exploring Lincoln City, the shops & restaurants and, of course, the beach. My granddaughter was even one of the lucky ones to find a beautiful Finders Keepers glass float on the beach in front of the Sea Gypsy! I would highly recommend this VRBO!! Great location, beautiful accommodations, very communicative owner with wonderful, clean, cute & comfortable condo! Our only disappointment was finding that the fireplace was an electric, only for ambience variety. We had been hoping for a nice gas fireplace to relax in front of for the evenings. Since our whole goal was to relax & soak in the beach, we happily did so & even got in a couple cable TV movies at night. I would definitely come & stay here again!! Wonderful place!!

Sweet and Clean!

This property was EXACTLY as described! The unit was SO CLEAN and ORGANIZED! The Sea Gypsy is very quiet with wonderful views. We were delighted with our stay and will definitely plan to return!
