Pros: Management company was very responsive. Offered to send someone over to find where air fresher stench was. When asked for more TP they delivered more. The view and direct access to the beach was great! Cons: The details regarding the sleeping arrangements were wrong on website. Informed management company on 3/31/26. As of 4/20/26 the information is still incorrect on the website. It states one king and two twins but was two kings. Management company offered a full refund or to supply an air mattress. Due to the short timeframe to find a new place we chose the air mattress. Upon arrival the air freshener used was beyond potent. After an hour of searching for the smell we gave up. Opened all doors and windows for the remainder of our first day there. The house is in serious need of a cleaning. Every room had visible cobwebs and dust balls and not your every day dust either. There was even dust finger prints on the management company binder they leave on the table. The kitchen cabinets and handles were so disgusting that you didn’t want to touch them. The shower had mold/mildew at the bottom where you could see had been “fixed” before. There was pubic hair and other crap on the toilet. They left one extra roll of TP for a 4 night stay with 4 people. Your arms stuck to the dinning room table. Found a dirty one and one clean tablecloth. No sponge or cleaning cloth for the kitchen. Multiple dead bugs on the windowsills and the lip you have to touch to open windows.
