Excellent location, beautiful views and clean! The pictures shown on VRBO were accurate to what we experienced!! My primary reason for not giving 5 stars is that we were not given advance notice that the elevator was not in service. Fortunately we are able bodied people, but it was still very inconvenient to lug heavy suitcases, groceries, etc. up and down 3 flights of stairs. I was also a little apprehensive about all the negative reviews online I had read about Portoro Management/Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals, but it turned out fine for us. The pre-checkin contract seemed a bit excessive and cumbersome (it felt like I was signing away all my children’s inheritance should they decide to ask for it upon check out). Initially I was nervous about what I was signing, but after having my husband review it we felt comfortable enough to follow through with the reservation. I did have some difficulty uploading my driver’s license to their portal, but after a few tries it went through. All turned out well for us (no additional charges or problems with checking etc that I had read about online). All in all, I would stay there again!
